Have you received a client brochure request in the past few weeks? If so, please do follow up with those client leads, make sure they received their brochure, and ask them if they have a tour or date in mind. Let your potential client know that you can check on the availability of that tour and date. Some tours and dates are starting to fill up, and some tours will sell out before the September 30th deadline.

If you have a Group that is interested in Europe for 2011, it’s not too late to get that set up. Group dates are available on a first come, first serve basis and we still have some prime dates available for our 2011 tours. Please call Justin at 800-968-9161 and press 3 for sales to discuss what tours still have group date availability.

Our 2011 Europe Tours are now available for sale. If you have clients looking for 2011, please send them a 2010 brochure with the 2011 Dates & Prices Guide insert and our 2011 Europe Special insert.

These prices are only available for reservations made prior to September 30th, 2010. Please note that the Prague, Vienna, Budapest Tour and the Scenic Alpine Tour will not be offered for 2011. In 2011, the WWII Memorial Tour will travel round trip Frankfurt and the Treasures of Italy Tour will spend four (4) nights in Tuscany; see pages 6 and 7 of the Dates & Prices Guide insert for the revised itinerary outlines. All other tour itineraries will remain the same for 2011.
