New Germany, Austria, Switzerland Tour Departure

We have SOLD OUT the September 23 departure for this tour and have opened a new date of September 16. This is the tour to recommend to clients who would like to participate in Munich’s famous OKTOBERFEST. This is a more leisurely tour with 2 night stays in all six hotel locations and the scenery is incredible. Encourage interested clients to book now as space will sell out fast for this September 16 departure.

Single Supplements are Increasing

All the single supplements will be going up after January 7^th. Please check www.ImageTours.com under ‘Availability & Rates’ to see the new single supplement prices. Image Tours requires single travelers purchase the travel insurance so always quote single travelers including the $175 insurance premium and advise them that a $375 payment is required at time of booking.

We have just received some additional tickets to the 2010 Oberammergau Passion Play and have opened up a September 18th departure on our HEART OF EUROPE® Circle tour. Price with tour, air and Passion Play ticket range from $4290 to $4590 per person double occupancy. Important Notice About Air Prices

We have reason to believe that Delta contract air fares will be increasing as of April and therefore we expect air and land inclusive prices to increase as of April. Image Tours will guarantee any ‘air & land’ inclusive pricing paid in full prior to March 26.

Our current ‘land & air’ inclusive prices are a fantastic value. Encourage new inquiries to BOOK NOW and pay in full at time of booking to secure the current low rates. This is a good reason to make some follow up calls to earlier inquiries that have not yet booked to let them know this is the time to book for the best price.

Please note, this does not affect HEART OF EUROPE® Circle Tours using Singapore Airlines. At this time, we have no indication that Singapore Airlines plans to make any changes to their contract. Space for this tour is selling quickly, and therefore, we do still recommend making early reservations. This also does not affect TOUR ONLY (LAND ONLY) reservations.

As a special note, 80% of our tours for 2010 are Guaranteed Departures.

Our Heart of the British Isles™ Tour is popular with clients returning to Image Tours for another destination after their Heart of Europe® Tour or for first time clients interested in traveling to the British Isles. This tour is a great value with many inclusions such as Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Book of Kells in Dublin, a boat ride on Lake Windermere, Blarney Castle, and the Roman Baths.
