You probably have heard the rule of 7 touches. Basically this means that you need to ‘touch’ a potential client 7 times before you can close a sale.  By using follow up letters and doing follow up phone calls this increases those ‘touches’ and, in turn, increases your likeliness to close the sale.  For a sample follow up letter please go to www.ImageTours.com/Agents and on the right hand side you’ll see ‘Sample Follow Up Letter’.

Due to popular demand, we have added a September 21 departure for our Germany, Austria & Switzerland tour (this departure will include an opportunity to visit the Munich Oktoberfest) and we’ve also added a September 13 departure for our World War II Memorial tour.  If you have clients looking at these tours for the fall, please let them know of these new departures and suggest they reserve their space soon because these dates are filling up quickly as well.

Our Heart of Europe Grand Tour or Heart of Europe with London Tour is a natural up-sell from the Heart of Europe tour.  The 22-day Grand Tour includes the same itinerary as the Heart of Europe tour but adds an extra day in Paris; the Italian cities of Florence, Montecatini in Tuscany, Rome, and Pisa; and London.  The Heart of Europe with London includes all the same sights as the Heart of Europe tour, adding one additional night in Paris and two nights in London. So, if you have a client that is interested in the Heart of Europe Circle tour but also wants to visit London or more of Italy, be ready to suggest the September 20 Heart of Europe Grand Tour (new departure due to popular demand and will be last one to open this year) or the September 12 Heart of Europe with London Tour (now over half full.)
