$400 per Couple Discount Deadline Extended

Due to tremendous response from the fall advertising we have extended the $400 per couple ($200 per person) discount on any available 2012 tours by Image Tours. The $200 per person Early Booking Discount Deadline is now January 6th. The prices will definitely be increasing after January 6th. Please call your clients that requested a 2012 brochure and did not book by the December 14th deadline and let them know they can still save $400 per couple if they book prior to January 6th, 2012. Over the past few years we’ve seen the trend that most of you have seen as well and that is multi-generational clients (i.e. vacationing with their children and/or grandchildren). So for 2012 we are offering this tour as a great value priced option for these clients. This tour has more family friendly sightseeing included, such as the Berchtesgaden Salt Mines, Neuschwanstein Castle (the inspiration for the Disney castle), the Innsbruck Olympic Ski Jump, and a Rhine Falls boat ride (the largest waterfall in Europe by volume of water). Airline Baggage Fees

Please inform your clients that airline check-in agents may charge baggage fees for domestic flights even when connecting to/from an international flight. When clients check-in for their domestic flight, they should always show their international e-ticket number/air schedule because airline agents may waive the baggage fee when clients are connecting to/from an international flight. We have, however, noticed an increase in the number of check-in agents that are charging the baggage fee for the domestic flights and therefore clients do need to be prepared to pay for baggage fees, which are currently approximately $25 per person in each direction. This information is being noted on Final Invoices and is also provided in the client’s documents, but it would be a good idea to inform your clients of what to expect if they are departing from a city other than JFK.
