Due to changes in the airlines fees and policies, it is now necessary for us to charge a $25 fee in each direction when clients deviate from the scheduled tour dates. This fee will be charged in addition to extension costs and also for clients not using our extension accommodations but departing early or returning later for independent travel before or after their tour. This fee will not apply to Land Only reservations. Any passengers that have requested extensions prior to October 30, 2009, will not be charged the fee, unless they change their departure or return travel dates.
