Special Oberammergau Passion Play DVD
We have received a professionally produced DVD from the Passion Play committee, which is about 15 minutes in duration. It is designed to set the EMOTIONAL MOOD and to share the fascinating background of the Oberammergau Passion Play. This DVD would give you the opportunity to be THE authority in your area when it comes to the 2010 Oberammergau Passion Play. You will be the first to have this special DVD. If you promote a presentation including a showing of this DVD, you will have a definite sales advantage on tours including the Passion Play.
What you need to do first is let Image Tours, Inc. know you are open to doing a presentation showing this DVD. Next, you need to pick a venue. A local church would be ideal as they usually have the equipment available to show a DVD to a larger number of people, but any location where you feel comfortable doing the presentation will work. Then you need to set a date for this presentation, sometime between later this month through October would be ideal. I would love to see this DVD. I heard so many wonderful things about the Oberammergau Passion Play 2010 from how the villagers start growing out their hair up to 15 months prior to the start of the performance season (once every 10 years) with the suspension of local ordinances (i.e. the “clean-cut” look for all government employees) to how the entire village bands together to make sure that this play is as authentic to the actual events as humanly possible. Knowing that, it’s not just your typical rendition of the passion play, it’s an adventure to go to this German village and see it: An experience of a lifetime.
