With our new Delta/Northwest Airlines Contract and the specials we are offering for reservations prior to 12/30/09, some prices have actually decreased after October 30, 2009. If this is the case for any of your clients that were booked prior to October 30, 2009, we will automatically be updating their reservations with the lower pricing and sending you a revised invoice. Please allow a few weeks to receive the revised invoices because we do have to check all the reservations made prior to October 30, 2009. Please note, there has been no decrease in price for any of your clients booked on tours with the Passion Play. Also, encourage any new reservations to book as soon as possible to get in on the very special pricing being offered for reservations prior to 12/30/09!

We will be processing Confirmation Packets this month, as we are now able to start holding air space for 2010 tours. Please keep in mind that we have to book air space and process Confirmation Packets for all the passengers booked so far. We do, however, expect to have all Confirmation Packets mailed by the first week of December for reservations made prior to October 30. For new reservations, please allow a month after the deposit is received by Image Tours for processing and mailing of Confirmation Packets.

Due to changes in the airlines fees and policies, it is now necessary for us to charge a $25 fee in each direction when clients deviate from the scheduled tour dates. This fee will be charged in addition to extension costs and also for clients not using our extension accommodations but departing early or returning later for independent travel before or after their tour. This fee will not apply to Land Only reservations. Any passengers that have requested extensions prior to October 30, 2009, will not be charged the fee, unless they change their departure or return travel dates.

Our current special that we are promoting is $2990 from 50 U.S. Departure Cities on the May 3 & 10 departures of our 15-day HEART OF EUROPE® Circle tour if your clients book by December 30, 2009. There are 100 additional cities available for only $100 more.

Our lowest prices for 2010 special will expire on October 30. If you have clients looking for 2010 escorted Europe tours, please make sure they know about this deadline so they can book their vacation at the lowest price for 2010. To confirm the lowest prices for 2010, call in the reservation by October 30 and fax the Reservation Application with deposit and insurance premium within a week of reservation.
