Follow Up Letters and Calls Equal Bookings

You probably have heard the rule of 7 touches. Basically this means that you need to ‘touch’ a potential client 7 times before you can close a sale. By using follow up letters and doing follow up phone calls this increases those ‘touches’ and, in turn, increases your likeliness to close the sale.
