We will be processing Confirmation Packets this month, as we are now able to start holding air space for 2010 tours. Please keep in mind that we have to book air space and process Confirmation Packets for all the passengers booked so far. We do, however, expect to have all Confirmation Packets mailed by the first week of December for reservations made prior to October 30. For new reservations, please allow a month after the deposit is received by Image Tours for processing and mailing of Confirmation Packets.

Our current special that we are promoting is $2990 from 50 U.S. Departure Cities on the May 3 & 10 departures of our 15-day HEART OF EUROPE® Circle tour if your clients book by December 30, 2009. There are 100 additional cities available for only $100 more.

Our lowest prices for 2010 special will expire on October 30. If you have clients looking for 2010 escorted Europe tours, please make sure they know about this deadline so they can book their vacation at the lowest price for 2010. To confirm the lowest prices for 2010, call in the reservation by October 30 and fax the Reservation Application with deposit and insurance premium within a week of reservation. Most of you have either received an initial supply of our 2010 brochures or have received an order form to request the amount of brochures that you need. If you still have not received our 2010 brochures, use the following link to request Europe brochures and order in quantities of 3, 6, or 15 brochures.

Due to many requests, we have opened a June 18, 2010 departure of the 22-Day Heart of Europe Grand Tour (without the Passion Play). This departure is not listed in the pink Dates & Prices Guide that is currently sent out with our brochures but is already listed on our website. This departure is also available WITH the Passion Play. So, if you have clients asking about the 22-day tour with a summer departure, let them know we now have a June 18 departure with or without the Passion Play. We have had lots of interest in this tour and date and so we recommend booking as soon as possible to hold space.
